Once your application has been granted you will receive an email telling you how to download and activate DDA. Please remember to save a copy of this e-mail as it contains important information that you will need it to renew your licence.

Current users

Once activated your DDA licence will need to be renewed every 90 days. This helps us to ensure that you are running the latest version of the software.

You can check how many days you have until your licence expires by looking at the bottom right of the screen within DDA. There are two ways in which you can renew your DDA licence:

Renewing DDA before your licence expires:

If you only have a few days left on your licence and wish to renew it before it expires follow the instructions in your original licencing e-mail.

If your DDA licence has expired:

After license expiration DDA will be LOCKED again. For unlocking instructions please refer to your original licencing e-mail.
